Cancellation Policy
HOUSE OF FALSIES CANCELLATION POLICY
Services that are cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or no shows are subject to a 50% fee of the service to have been performed. An appointment is considered a no-show if you have not arrived 15 minutes past your appointment time. Exceptions to this policy will be made at the sole discretion of the company and will be based on client communication prior to the scheduled appointment.
